Business analysis
Following which we have a duty to clearly understand the company's workflows and the customer's requirements, through which we decide if and how we can help the customer.
Any implementation/set-up project depends on a number of factors that influence the duration of deployment and implementation (e.g. type of business and modules chosen, customer involvement, complexity of the business and degree of customization, etc.).
In the case of tiny.ERP, the standard implementation/setup time is 1 month until GoLive and 3 months until the whole process is completed. However, depending on the specifics of the customer and their requirements, this timeframe can be extended as long as necessary.
A very important point to remember is that an implementation should not be rushed. Finally, in such cases it is found that due to the pressure of implementing the platform and setting it up in a very short time, errors and additional costs arise because the system is not adapted to the real needs of the client.
