Product Owner (w/m/d)
About the role
- • we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Owner who is not afraid to take the lead and will drive the ERP implementation
- • to succeed in this role, you must be a curious and practical Product Owner with a good technical understanding
- • we're looking for someone who has both an incredible eye for detail and the ability to keep the big picture in mind and innovate
What you will do
- • lead ERP implementation by supporting the selection process, gathering requirements, communicating with implementation partners, leading testing, rollout, scoping continuous improvements and more
- • together with stakeholders, select, implement and support several important accounting, management control and human resources tools
- • ensure continuous digitisation of manual tasks in Finance and HR
- • align digital tools and processes with the overall Finance & HR strategy
What you will need
- • experience as Product Owner or in a similar role - especially with ERP solutions
- • you are an expert in designing and implementing digital solutions for Finance & HR
- • curiosity and willingness to learn new things
- • experience of being highly practical in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
- • very good inter-functional skill set
- • excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- • fluency in English and German is required
